Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for sales only. You must contact us within 30 days of shipment to obtain a return authorization number BEFORE returning the product.

Purchases not made directly from must be returned to the original point-of- purchase, and are subject to the point-of-purchase return policy.


To return your product, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can contact our Customer Service at 1-855-903-9030, or email us at A proof of purchase will be required for all returns. 


For all warranty claims, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending product back for warranty review.  A proof-of- purchase will be required for all warranty claims. For products within the warranty period, LifeTrak may repair and/or replace your product at its discretion.


Failure to obtain a Return Authorization Number will result in the product being returned to sender without review and at the expense of the sender.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty: Your LifeTrak product is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer, and must be registered in order to claim such warranty.

If defective, return the watch with the original receipt to your original retailer for a replacement watch. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover the battery, damage due to abuse or misuse, accidents, or any commercial use.
