30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

Effective date of new policy: 15-May-2017

We accept returns for LifeTrakUSA.com sales only. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from LifeTrakUSA.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase, to request a full refund. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number BEFORE returning the product.

Purchases not made directly from LifeTrakUSA.com must be returned to the original point-of- purchase, and are subject to the point-of-purchase return policy.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) within 30 days of your date of purchase by one of the following ways:
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition, with no damage or abuse, and include necessary information to help us confirm your purchase was made on LifeTrakUSA.com (order confirmation, invoice, etc).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

When you return the item(s), include proof of correspondence (e.g. email) with customer service to help expedite the process.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges and gift wrap fees are NOT refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product(s) while in transit to LifeTrak.

If you return a product to LifeTrak (a) without prior contact with our customer service or (b) without all parts included in the original package, LifeTrak retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.

Refunds will be processed and paid within 15 business days of LifeTrak’s receipt of Product.

Failure to obtain a Return Authorization Number or providing a proof-of-purchase will result in the product being returned to sender without review and at the expense of the sender.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty: Your LifeTrak product is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. For all warranty claims, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending product back for warranty review:

A proof-of-purchase will be required for all warranty claims.

For products within the warranty period that are found to be defective, LifeTrak may repair and/or replace your product at its discretion. For accessory items returned with your product (bands, chargers, etc.), if found not to be defective, LifeTrak reserves the right to include these original accessories with your returned product, as the Warranty does not include coverage of typical wear from normal usage. For accessories NOT returned with your product, LifeTrak will notify you of such condition, and will return only your repair/replaced product without the missing accessories.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover replaceable batteries, damage due to abuse or misuse, accidents or any commercial use.
